领英:疫情期间,英国女性员工更容易受到与工作相关的压力影响

20201224日,/HRoot.com/近日,据领英(LinkedIn)数据显示,绝大多数英国员工在疫情期间感到压力很大。其中,有73%的女性员工表示,过去一个月感到压力很大,而男性员工的这一比例则57%。

 

总体而言,失业者的担忧加剧,在过去一个月中,有75%的受访者表示求职压力很大。

 

领英还发现,在失业者中,有78%的女性和70%的男性表示,他们对年底求职感到担忧。

 

数据显示,在2020年圣诞节日期间,女性比男性更有可能将更多时间花在与工作有关的活动上。超过三分之一的女性期望获得比去年同期更多的工作时间,只有四分之一的男性表达了这样的意愿。

 

领英的数据还发现,三分之一的受访者希望在休假期间工作,其中37%的女性和29%的男性表示他们希望能够完成比2019年更多的工作

 

与此同时,近一半(45%)的英国女性预计在年底会比2019年花更多的时间找工作,但只有三分之一以上的英国男性表达了同样的意愿。

 

UK WOMEN MORE AFFECTED BY WORK-RELATED STRESS AMID PANDEMIC, LINKEDIN FINDS

 

(Dec.23, 2020, /staffingindustry.com/)The vast majority of UK professionals are feeling stressed, LinkedIn data shows. The majority, or 73%, of women reported feeling stressed in the past month compared to 57% of men.

 

Overall, worries are running higher among the unemployed, with 75% reporting stress about job seeking in the past month.

 

Linkedin also found that among those out of work, 78% of women and 70% of men said they were concerned about their job search at the end of the year.

 

Women are also more likely than men to spend increased time on work-related activities this festive period. More than a third of women expect to spend more time working than they did this time last year, while just over a quarter of men say likewise.

 

LinkedIn’s data also found that a third of people expect to check in on work during their time off, with 37% of women and 29% of men suggesting they expect to do this more than in 2019.

 

Meanwhile, almost half of women (45%) expect to spend more time job hunting during the end-of-year period than they did in 2019, while just over a third of men say the same.
